The Barbell Muscle Snatch

We are back with our EPIC Month of Barbells! This week’s video is a short one, but features our Barbell Presenter, Scott Kennedy. In this video, Scott will show you an awesome exercise for you or your clients, the Barbell Muscle Snatch. 

 

Some tips from the video for performing the Barbell Muscle Snatch:

  • Maintain the barbell really close to the body.
  • Help the barbell drive upwards rather than making contact with your hips and going forward.
