Our New Advanced Kettlebell Flow

We’re back with a great advanced kettlebell flow from Dan!

The Flow:

  • 5 x Kettlebell Pushups
  • 5 x Bent Over Rows
  • 5 x Cossack Squats
  • 5 x Snatch Reverse Lunges

Aim for 4 rounds and make sure to switch sides each round!
