In another video from our series on MMA inspired training, Bernie takes us through a simple MMA inspired flow that can be used as part of any functional workout.

The flow is as follows:

  • Burpee
  • High Pull
  • Side control
  • Knee tucks

Some tips from the video:

  • Make sure your feet are in line with the bag during the high pull
  • Drive from the hip when raising the sandbag
