10 x Left Hand Cleans
10 x Right Rack Squats
10 x Right Overhead Presses
10 x Left Rack Squats
10 x Left Overhead Presses
10 x Right Snatches
10 x Left Snatches
10 x Alternating Swings
That is 1 Full Round
Females – 8 KG – 12 KG Minimum 3 Rounds
Males – 12 KG – 16 KG Minimum 3 Rounds
Beasts – 16 KG – Minimum 4 Rounds
