Video #1: How to find your hand placement for a Barbell Bench Press

Looking to find the optimal hand position for the bench press? 👐

The key is to measure the distance from the center of your collarbone to the AC joint of your shoulder. Then, measure that same distance out from the middle of the barbell and place your hands there.
This ensures your hand position is perfectly aligned for a strong, stable bench press.
