Hello my Functional Fitness Gurus and Trainers Alike! For this VOTW we will be focusing on Improving Thoracic Rotation. In the past i have talked a lot about Your Thoracic Spine is in the Middle Section of your Vertebra between your neck and lower spine. Due the Thoracic’s position and our modern day life style choices such as certain sports and more commonly; the way and amount of time we sit at desks and on chairs contribute to poor posture, pain, and in general a lower quality of living.

Thoracic issues can effect:

  • Posture
  • Upper Body Movements
  • Lower Body Movements
  • Breathing

Due to the importance of maintaining a Mobile and Healthy Thoracic spine this weeks video will be focused around a series of Easy and Effective Exercsises to Improve Thoracic Rotation & Mobility.
