50 x 2 Hand Kettlebell Swings
50 x Renegade Rows (25 each side)
40 x 2 Hand Kettlebell Swings
40 x Renegade Rows (20 each side)
30 x 2 Hand Kettlebell Swings
30 x Renegade Rows (15 each side)
20 x 2 Hand Kettlebell Swings
20 x Renegade Rows (10 each side)
10 x 2 Hand Kettlebell Swings
10 x Renegade Rows (5 each side)
A note on the Renegade Rows – Try not to rotate the hips so you really engage the core.
