This week Dan is taking us through a simple single kettlebell flow!
The Flow:
5 x Single Bent Over Row
5 x Single arm swings
5 x Reverse lunges
5 x Landmine presses
5 x Pulse squats
Aim for 5 reps of each movement on one side, then 5 reps on the other side.
Try to complete 5 rounds of both sides.
