This week Dan is taking us through a simple kettlebell flow!
The Flow:
5 x Uneven Pushups
5 x Strike Rows
5 x Single Arm Swings
5 x Cleans
5 x Rotational Press
Aim for 5 reps of each movement on one side, then 5 reps on the other side.
Try to complete 5 rounds of both sides.
