Broomstick K-Stretch

Once you get the hang of maneuvering the broomstick, this is a drill you will have to pull your clients away from as it feels so good.

It mobilizes both short and long adductors once performed each side and stretches the oblique fascial lines through the thoracic rotation and arm stretch. Work the reps with a controlled breathing pattern and you will release a lot of the days tension very quickly with this mobility drill.
