Perform a lap up and back of your gym performing this and your hips will more than ready to sit down into a squat!
It can be a struggle for those that can’t reach the floor very well but still one worth trying. This opens up the long adductors in the Cossack squat and the glutes externally in the pigeon stretch, but the challenge is navigating between the two. A great deal of strength and mobility is required, and both are achieved in a short period of time with this drill.
