Using A Resistance Band With Your Barbell Deadlift

In today’s video Scott is taking us through the banded barbell deadlift.

Using a resistance band will help your clients all-round results using barbells including their speed, force production and power output.

Tips from the video:

  • Keep the band is evenly distributed across the barbell
  • Keep the chest up and shoulders back
  • Make sure to be fast when lifting the barbell and slow when putting it down
