Banded Throwing Circles

Before any multi, or omnidirectional shoulder exercises, this banded drill is a must-try!

Banded throwing circles take your rotator cuff through it’s full circular range with a light resistance. A great way to increase available range of motion through loaded joint exploration.

If you get a chance to try this out, perform about 10-12 on each side and let me know how it goes for you.
