Tarek and Ulrik are back, this time with a great thoracic spine loosening and activation combo.

Some tips from the video:

  • Try using a functional bag in place of a foam roller for a more gradual movement
  • Aim for two to three minutes
  • You could also use a kettlebell with a foam matt
  • Pull the power band in time with the lifts
