Power Waves

 

In this power-based movement we want to generate as much force as we can through the feet, through our hinge pattern and out into the ropes to create the biggest wave possible before slamming the rope back down to the floor.

Take your time to reset between each wave so you can spring into the next wave with full force, and being a power movement we only perform 4 – 8 reps of this wave at a time.
