This week, Dan Henderson is back with three great battling rope and kettlebell finishers for your workout!
The first finisher is:
- 10 x burpee slams
- 10 x kettlebell swings
- 9 x burpee slams
- 9 x kettlebell swings
- and so on all the way down to one of each
The second finisher is:
- 8 x lunge jumps (per side)
- 8 x kettlebell snatches
- 7 x lunge jumps (per side)
- 7 x kettlebell snatches
- And so on all the way down to one of each
The final finisher is:
- 10 x ski slams
- 10 x double kettlebell squat thrusters
- 9 x ski slams
- 9 x double kettlebell squat thrusters
- And so on all the way down to one of each
