This week Tarek takes us through a great exercise for suspended fitness training; the rotational pull.
Some tips from the video:
- Have the strap at hip level
- Keep the hips square and avoid rotation
- Tuck the arm into chest
- Keep the eyes on the anchor point of the strap
- Anchor the leg that is the opposite side from the arm being used
