This week Tarek takes us through a great exercise for suspended fitness training; the rotational pull.

Some tips from the video:

  • Have the strap at hip level
  • Keep the hips square and avoid rotation
  • Tuck the arm into chest
  • Keep the eyes on the anchor point of the strap
  • Anchor the leg that is the opposite side from the arm being used
