Test Your Strength and Endurance with ‘The Strongman’

Dan is taking us to another kettlebell workout paired with a battle rope to test our strength and endurance in a fun and interesting way. We are aiming for to get to 10 reps for each round.
The Strongman:
  • 10 bullwhips with a single rope
  • Strongman pull with a heavy kettlebell at the end
  • Overhead rope – lunge – walk
