Climb Your Way To A Terrific Kettlebell Workout with “The Ladder”!

Dan is taking us to another kettlebell workout perfect for building volume.
This is a ‘Ladder’ based program so you add a rep to each movement after each round.
We are aiming for to get to 6 reps on each side with each movement.

4 Key Movements:

• Swing
• Clean
• Snatch Reverse Lunge
• Half Kneeling Press
