The great thing about this complex is the partner involvement. You can anchor it around a pole if you didn’t have a partner. However, the partner can dictate a level of tension that challenges you at an appropriate level. You can do this complex for times or rounds and you can progress by adding more from session to session. The key is maintaining correct posture and technique throughout the movement.
