This week Tarek is taking us through a great functional movement coupling: the split stance clean into rotational press!
Some tips from the video:
- Working in more than just the sagittal plane is vital in functional training
- Putting one leg back, into a split stance, works the forward leg harder, helping with any inbalances
- Drive from the hip but avoid overemphasising and hyperextension
- Simply moving the foot to a 45 degree angle can open up the body
- Always make sure to work both sides evenly
