In this week’s video Tarek takes us through a great functional movement coupling: the dead diagonal clean into reverse lunge.

Some tips from the video:

  • Make sure your kettlebell is placed opposite to the lifting arm
  • From the clean, use the leg on the same side as the kettlebell for a reverse lunge
  • The idea is to smooth out the movement
  • Focus on movement quality, not speed
