Beginner Kettlebell Workout: Magnificent 7’s

This is a beginners Kettlebell AMRAP workout we have termed ‘Magnificent Sevens’.

It includes Kettlebell Swings, Squats, Lunges and Rows.

It will challenge the whole body and is appropriate for beginners and more advanced lifters (use a heavier bell or aim for more rounds).

Aim for as many rounds as possible within 15 minutes.

Females – 8 – 12 KG

Males – 12-16 KG

Beasts – 20 KG
