Unless you have any specific joints or muscles that are lagging and needing extra neural drive the activation component is just a general, global stability selection of exercises.
Here I selected exercises that challenge my cores stability against limb movements. This transfers to exercise a lot better than static stability drills, annd also assists with allowing limb mobility in the next component which you will see in the next video.
