Being a lower body workout ahead, the exercises selected are lower limb and thoracic focused. I want to consider common restrictions that modern lifestyles and habitual patterns hold. Hip extension, hip rotations, and thoracic extension plus rotation.
These mobilisations work well for someone that doesn’t need specific joint or muscle releases as mobilising the target muscle is done via activating, or pushing with the antagonist muscle group. Kinda making it a 2 for 1 exercise.
