Video #1: Raise Component

In this first of 4 videos to showcase a RAMP warm up that we use in our Movement Preperation certificate I am performing some skips and bounds to raise my body temperature.
Raising the body temp is crutual for prepping the structures and systems for more intense muscle lengthening and load later on in the warm up and workout.

The key thing to understand here is just raising temperature, keep the fatigue down as much as possible.
