Pressure can affect attention, communication, decision-making and what a person feels able to access. For the coach, the question may move beyond what the athlete knows to what is changing in their response.

Alana Thomas, High Performance Manager for Fiji Women’s Rugby, has worked with Jay Hedley across high-performance rugby environments, including the Rugby World Cup.

Jay brings that experience into Mental Skills Training Level 2 with Tarek Michael-Chouja, helping coaches explore the person behind the performance while keeping the work connected to real coaching conversations.
