This superset is a ‘Every Minute On the Minute’ workout.
Set up a timer to count down 8 minutes and each time a minute starts you complete one of the exercises.

Odd minutes: Medicine Ball rotation slams x10 reps
Even minutes: Toe sit to squat and stand x10 reps
