Single Kettlebell Domination Workout

This week’s workout is unforgettable! It is all about endurance and challenging not only your body but your mind to keep going for 20 minutes.

The asymmetrical load will really challenge your stability and the overall volume will push your endurance threshold.


M: 12kg or 16kg

F: 8kg or 10kg

  • 10 Single arm swings then alternate
  • 10 cleans then alternate
  • 10 rack squats then alternate
  • 10 rack press then alternate
  • 10 reverse lunges then alternate
  • 10 snatches then alternate

The aim to keep doing as many loops as you possibly can in 20 minutes. Keep aiming for more rounds as you build that endurance.
