It will challenge your legs, core and arms as you stabilise and drag the powerbag and then leap over your partner. It is fun as you coordinate your movements with your partner.
We showcase this particular variation, however you can create different powerbag variations so the concept is appropriate for all fitness levels.
You can do this one for distance or time and a lighter powerbag is recommended as the drag is very challenging.
