This week Dan is taking us through a great double kettlebell complex that will challenge you!

The Complex:

  • 5x Double Snatches
  • 5x Overhead Squats
  • 5x Alternating Sots Press
  • 5x Lateral Lunges
  • 5x High Pulls

Aim for 4 rounds and make sure to switch sides each round!
