The Dowel is an extremely simple piece of equipment that can really be very useful in improving your mobility.
There are many dowel exercises for mobility and in this video we showcase 3 simple movements that are great for preparing the upper body before a workout. These movements will help enhance the performance of your training sessions and can lead to more optimal positions in certain exercises.
The key objective with these movements is to open the chest, lats, thoracic spine and lubricate the shoulder joints.
The dowel exercises should be completed when the body is warm and the whole routine should only take 3 minutes maximum.
