Kettlebell Lunge Variations for Your Next Workout

Today Dan brings you a video on the Kettlebell Lunge! The kettlebell lunge is a fantastic movement, however many trainers only use one or two types of kettlebell lunge. Dan is going to showcase a series of kettlebell lunge variations that your clients will love.

 

Within these kettlebell lunge variations, Dan will be manipulating the load position with three different load positions – the rack, goblet and overhead positions. Then Dan will manipulate the body position, changing it with forward, reverse, side and curtsy body positions. Between these three load variations and the four body positions, you will see a wide range of kettlebell lunge variations that you can add to your workout or session.
