Trying to decide between a high bar or low bar back squat? 🤔
Your body proportions could be the key!
Taller folks with longer femurs may find more success with a low bar squat. The longer momentum arm may make a high bar harder to keep the bar path in-line.
Shorter athletes with shorter femurs, on the other hand, may feel more stable and powerful in a high bar position. The shorter momentum arm is better suited for their build.
Experiment with both and see which one fits your body type best! 💪Just watch the bar path over the mid-foot!
