In this week’s video, we are back with Dan’s Annihilator Workout. This intense double kettlebell workout is not for the faint hearted. In fact, Dan describes it as one of the hardest kettlebell workouts he knows. That’s why they call it the Annihilator!
The Annihilator Workout is only 20 minutes long and has only three exercises. In this video, Dan uses a pair of 16KG kettlebells, but 8kg for females and 12kg for males would work well.

Double Kettlebell Swings – 25 reps
Double Kettlebell Squats – 12 reps
Renegade Rows – 10 each side
