In this video we showcase a battle rope arms workout that will really challenge your endurance.
Battling Ropes are incredible for developing strength endurance and these positions are no different. The grip is important as it changes which muscles are primarily used in the exercise. Here we showcase the under and overarm grip to change the emphasis between the biceps and triceps.
The workout can be completed for rounds or timed sets and the position can be changed between kneeling, standing and sitting for a different core challenge.
