The Deck Squat Flow

Dan is back with an amazing and dynamic kettlebell flow that can be used as part of any workout!

The flow is as follows:

  • 1 x deck squat
  • 1 x walkout pushup
  • 5 x strike rows (one side)
  • 5 x kettlebell snatches (one side)
  • 1 x deck squat
  • 1 x walkout pushup
  • 5 x strike rows (other side)
  • 5 x kettlebell snatches (other side)

Try this for either rounds or time!
