In this video, Scott Kennedy shows us the Romanian Barbell Deadlift. This is a great variation for really testing the glutes and hamstrings.

Some tips from the video on performing this variation:

  • Don’t reach full extension on the upward movement
  • Don’t allow the barbell to rest at the bottom to increase tension
