In our video this week, Tarek & Ulrik are covering the TFL (Tensor Fasciae Latae) and how to release it for a better kettlebell workout.
Some tips from the video:
- Use a kettlebell’s handle to put pressure on the muscle
- Make sure to avoid bone and always ask your client how they are feeling throughout the exercise
- As you hold the kettlebell, make your client hug their opposite knee for 5-10 pulses
